Unforgettable & Inviting Luxury Custom Home

Our architect-designed homes personify a harmonious balance of luxury, functionality, and timeless aesthetics.

At Willoughby, all of these elements combine together to create an unforgettable and inviting luxury custom home.

Taking its place on a relatively large 1075² block with a 15.24m, Chateau’s challenge as the master home builder was to bring a home to life that would comfortably accommodate a large family and their specific lifestyle requirements. Inspired by Hamptoms style, the design of this brick veneer home is an inviting blend of traditional form and modern interpretation, complemented with period trimmings.

As you step into the home, you’ll find yourself quickly attracted to a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, using high ceilings and feature skylights to create invitational natural light. With an oversized bespoke island bench, well-zoned living spaces, and unique features, our luxury home builders made use of large sliding glass doors and eight skylights to capture as much light as possible.

The home offers privacy and comfort for all kinds of family get-togethers, with a guest suite on the ground level and five bedrooms on the first level. In order to accommodate even more extended family, a secondary dwelling featuring a spacious living area, two additional bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a kitchenette, contributing to the character of the home and its backyard views.

Only the best was used for this home in terms of materials, with lightweight weatherboard cladding, a metal roof, timber floors, marble, and stone embellishing white interiors. The expansive backyard is also home to a luxurious pool, creating a seamless transition for family get-togethers from inside to enjoying the great outdoors.

This home, the epitome of luxury and architectural innovation, has been recognised as a finalist in the MBA NSW Design + Construct $2m-$2.5m category and the MBA NSW Concrete Pool – $100-$150k category in 2021.
