Kings Langley House strikes a rare and rewarding balance between modern architecture and warm finishes, resulting in a unique dwelling that embodies our client’s vision. Crafted to luxurious perfection over three levels, this home embraces the specific topography of the site to provide ample internal spaces that are filled with welcoming natural light.
With five bedrooms (including a master suite, children’s bedrooms and a guest bedroom), a dynamic games centre and garage designed to accommodate a gym and party zone, this home isn’t short on spaces to put all manners of family members and guests right at home.
The home’s external modern facade is adorned with specifically engineered timber panels that offer a subtle, warm contrast to its contemporary architecture. With this unique design navigating steep site falls, our architects also brought to life a rear garden and large koi pond to create a tranquil retreat for its owners.
Internal features include a central stair void with a steel-spine staircase beneath evocative skylights, bespoke joinery and cabinetry, select stone benchtops, and unique statement colours and finishes.
