Collaborating with homeowners armed with an approved DA, Chateau Constructions embarked on an extensive design journey, necessitating a section 4.55, council approval, and detailed construction drawings.
Expertly guided by Chateau’s in-house architect and the homeowners, the interior design infuses vibrancy into this majestic home, seamlessly integrating spaces for a modern and comfortable lifestyle. A spacious entryway welcomes you with moody floors and crisp walls, leading to living and dining areas that offer direct access to the oversized alfresco and pool. The double-sized bedrooms, with private ensuites and dedicated study spaces, ensure functionality for years to come.
Light filters through passageways, where slightly curved wall corners soften the modern aesthetic. This exquisite home features distant ocean views from the top-level master suite, high ceilings throughout, intelligent use of natural light, and luxurious amenities. The external design mirrors modern minimalism with concrete canopies and contrasting vertical elements, creating a balanced and proportional form.
