This modern contemporary home is tucked into a 1202 sqm site, showcasing the prowess and innovation of our master home builders. Across a sprawling 595 sqm layout are five bedrooms, a study, gym, media room, and more.
Our brief was to create a timeless, contemporary family home that harmonises with the land’s topography and site orientation. Our industry-leading designers and architects made the most of a discerning palette of materials and colours to exemplify warm, ambient mid-century modern style, without sacrificing the family’s desire for a relaxed lifestyle that was centred on outdoor relaxation and entertainment.
We were able to achieve innovative solutions through the unique collaborative skills of our architect and builder teams, overcoming structural challenges to achieve higher ceilings and various cantilevered roof canopies.
The house’s brick veneer construction includes concrete to the main level and a lightweight suspended floor with sound insulation, paying homage to Chateau’s prestige as a Sydney custom luxury home builder.
Entertainment is at the heart of this home’s design with a large scullery, walk-in pantry, and cellar wall connected seamlessly with an outdoor kitchen. Select-grade American Oak timber flooring extends through the main living areas and hallways to further complement the rich and evocative interiors.
Other notable features include tall corner windows that welcome in the winter sun, an outdoor pavilion with an external fireplace framing the pool and spa, and freeform open play layouts that still achieve well-defined living zones. This home is a masterfully designed home that seamlessly integrates with the natural terrain, offering timeless and luxurious liveability.
