In Glenhaven House, you’ll find a prime example of modern contemporary architectural style, laced with striking design features that are breathtaking in their impact.
Built in 2019, Glenhaven House was conceived in response to the needs of our client’s growing family, as well as a need to encompass multiple spaces for entertaining guests.
In this project, our discerning team embraced open design principles to create an integrated living and kitchen area that’s complemented by a modern alfresco area, seamlessly extending to a beautiful landscaped backyard. The home’s striking appeal doesn’t stop at its looming facade – internally, every choice of material and finish speaks to quality, timelessness, and ease of movement.
An oversized kitchen island paints the scene for what’s to come in the rest of the house, creating a sprawling space that’s the definition of home cooking luxury. The bathrooms, too, benefit from an oversized design aesthetic, with floor-to-ceiling tiles creating an evocative sense of scope and scale.
Light’s in abundance throughout Glenhaven House, with the living room framed by wall-to-wall seamless glass doors that overlook the sparkling pool. This outdoor space takes pride of place both in the daytime and at night, creating a welcoming space for family entertaining and the ebbs and flows of everyday life.
No element of this home was unconsidered, with great attention to detail contributing to a timeless, fresh design aesthetic. For this growing family, Glenhaven House will continue to evolve with their changing needs, drawing on the best of custom-designed architectural instincts in order to enjoy their residential experience.
