We’re proud to showcase Castle Hill House, an architectural masterpiece tucked into the heart of Sydney’s Northwest.
This home was tailored specifically to the needs and desires of our clients, a discerning older couple who were looking for comfort, convenience and sophistication across a multi-storey dwelling footprint. The result is a rich example of Mid-Century Contemporary style, with modern amenities seamlessly blended into a timeless design.
Chateau Architects + Builders envisioned, designed and built this home in 2019, meticulously crafting it to facilitate the easy, stress-free lifestyle our clients envisioned. This attention to detail included the integration of a lift system that connects the garage to the main living area, ensuring convenience and ease for the daily movements of our clients.
Castle Hill House is celebrated for its fusion of carefully selected materials, working together to create a seamless and striking aesthetic. With stone, timber and glass utilised in the exterior, the home has a commanding presence on its wide corner block, causing passersby to take a second look.
This same thoughtful attention to detail continues inside the home, where the natural textures of stone and wood interplay with glass expanses. This contributes to a strong link between the indoors and the outdoors, creating a series of spaces that are both welcoming and impressive.
