This home makes itself at home in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs, bringing a breathtaking harmony of classic architectural principles and contemporary design elements into its impact.
This project allowed our team to blend a contemporary design style with a response to the site’s constraints. With a narrow, sloping footprint, the home in North Bondi celebrates classic architectural ethos within order, proportion, massing and repetition within a simplified, understated and undeniably elegant approach.
This sanctuary of contemporary design was intelligently conceived to match the slope of the site. The home steps downwards internally towards the North rear yard, creating an opportunity for high ceilings and luxurious living spaces.
Open-plan living takes centre stage in the heart of the home. Inviting and evocative spaces flow seamlessly onto a rear alfresco, showing off the home’s natural capacity for entertaining. This open-plan living celebrates the home’s contemporary architectural style, blending luxurious finishes with easy everyday living choices. The home is even more breathtaking from the backyard, where the natural slope creates a sense of this family paradise towering above you during lingering summer evenings.
