Where we are at: Mosman House
29 June 2015
We’ve had quite a bit of interest in our Mosman property, so thought it was time for an additional update on our project.
We’ve been hard at work on the interior.
Moving inside, our fully qualified team of tradesmen and builders took on the completion of the internal linings or Gyprock.
You can also see the excellent workmanship, as there are no cornices in this modern design.
Other aspects of interior design included installing the structural elements of the stairs.
Timber flooring was also installed, and our clients selected the beautiful America Oak in a grey lime wash finish.
Next we worked on waterproofing and completing the internal bathroom. Tiling also began in the wet areas of the bathroom. Superb work was done courtesy of Elias of E and A Tiling.
Work like this is a collaborative effort, involving passionate, talented and highly skilled team.
The owners were also on board and visited on-site. They were also very involved with all of the selections of materials etc. Overseeing the interior design, and ensuring it all comes together in a way that is closest to the vision was Interior Designer Louise Spicer of
OneFour Interiors.
