Having spent over 30 years with Chateau, he is dedicated to delivering homes of exceptional quality, upholding the company’s legacy through craftsmanship, attention to detail and genuine care for every client.

At the end of the year, Alex enjoys unwinding with his family by travelling and enjoying the sights of Australia.

Mark Savas

Architectural Consultant

Bachelor of Architecture from University of South Australia

Mark is passionate about helping clients realise their dream homes. He respects the site and incorporates innovative solutions and thoughtful design to reflect how families truly live, crafting a sanctuary for life memories and milestones for years to come.

Outside work, he enjoys swimming, spearfishing and perfecting homemade pizzas.

Nicola Kramers

Registered Company Architect & Energy Efficiency Assessor

Registered Architect, B.Arch | Cert IV in Home Energy Efficiency & Sustainability

Nicola brings over 30 years of experience to residential design. Inspired by architecture’s ability to create comfort, belonging and inspiration, she focuses on homes that reflect each client’s unique story.

On the weekend, you may find her bushwalking, creating art, reading or spending time with her family.

Marcela Perrett

Contracts Manager

Business Management | Psychology | Real Estate

Marcela has an extensive background in business management and psychology, championing clear communication and a client focused approach. With experience in real estate and building contracts, she helps steer projects smoothly from contract to construction. Marcela takes great pride in helping deliver exceptional homes with lasting impact.

Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time outdoors, sketching and gardening, activities that help keep her balanced and inspired.

Brett Wilson

Construction Manager

Carpenter and Joiner | Clerk of Works | Builder

Brett brings practical expertise and a strong commitment to delivering homes of exceptional quality. With a focus on trust and meticulous attention to detail, he approaches every project with the care and craftsmanship it deserves. He understands that a home is often a family’s most important investment and a place of comfort, safety and belonging.

In his spare time, he enjoys football, golf and motorbike riding, embracing the outdoors whenever he can.

Jim Karantziounis

Senior Estimator

Certificate IV in Building and Construction

Jim oversees sales, procurement and project estimating from pre-sales through to completion, ensuring accurate pricing, cost control and alignment with client budgets. He enjoys seeing projects evolve into completed homes and collaborating across teams to solve challenges. He believes delivering exceptional homes relies on honest communication, clear budgeting and strong client relationships, ensuring confidence at every stage.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, following footy and soccer, and spending time with family.

Cleo Mihelakis

Design & Construction Coordinator

Bachelor of Architecture at University of NSW

Cleo brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to every project. She enjoys the problem-solving process and guiding projects toward outcomes that delight both clients and the team. Building strong relationships along the journey is central to her approach. She believes the most important aspect of delivering a home is ensuring each client’s vision is realised, creating a result they are truly excited to call their own.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, dining out and spending time with family and friends.

Chateau has been honoured with over 20 industry awards, including the Master Builders Association NSW Master Builder of the Year and twice the Housing Industry Association Home of the Year.

Independent judges assess the design, workmanship and client outcomes for the homes entered into awards. This means that when you build with Chateau, your home is built to a standard that has been tested and chosen above others, well beyond our own opinion.
