The house plan prominently features a side entry garage that opens onto an open cobblestone forecourt, From there, move into a multipurpose guest room that offers enhanced flexibility through a bifolding wall. Off the entry foyer you’ll find a feature study, behind which a vast open living, dining and kitchen space link to a welcoming rear alfresco.

Through the clever use of lines and a two-storey segmented bay window configuration that provides endless vistas from both the main bedroom and the ground-floor dining room, our architectural prowess is truly on show in this home’s inviting elevation. A full brick structure, prestressed Ultra floor concrete slab and a sophisticated blend of tile and metal roofs combine to create a unique charm that’s never at odds with the surrounding landscape.
