Chateau Architects + Builders were thrilled when this client tasked us with crafting a harmonious ultra-modern design that would place the scale of the home’s proportions in a harmonious relationship with the landscape. The result is an undeniably evocative residence, taking its place as an instant architectural icon within its neighbourhood.

Our award-winning team brought their impeccable attention to detail to every element of this home’s design. A seamless indoor-outdoor flow was brought to life across sprawling living spaces, complemented by the highest quality of fixtures and design choices.

Natural light floods the home, including the oversized and accessible kitchen, luxurious family living room, and the welcoming dining room. These beautiful features aren’t just reserved for shared spaces, however, with oversized windows bringing scope and scale to each of the home’s many bedrooms. The abundance of light is complemented by the careful, creative choices in materials and finishes. The dining room plays with wood finishes overhead, contrasting with muted stones in the bathrooms, glass balustrades in the sweeping staircases, and crisp, sleek tiles and timber floorboards. These materials are thoughtfully integrated to build cohesion and interest, leaving no corner unconsidered in this majestic family home.
