We were privileged to be invited by this client to craft a stunning modern home that blended seamlessly into its surroundings, lending our expertise and capacity to original plans prepared by external architects, with further design implementation incorporated into the build process.
At Beecroft House, the journey begins with a tree-lined driveway that leads to an immersive private sanctuary. When you enter the home, you’ll find your eyes are quickly drawn to an open steel staircase, complemented by glimpses of lush, inviting gardens beyond. Natural light floods and accentuates the open-plan living spaces, evoking an airy, spacious feel, while ensuring zones are clearly defined through the strategic use of internal glass partitioning.
Chateau’s team knew this home needed to be designed for effortless year-round living. With that in mind, this house embraces its natural surroundings, with a series of covered and open terraces transitioning smoothly into the backyard and pool entertaining areas.
Our world-class team drew on a mix of earthy and neutral hues, stone cladding, and timber elements to provide complementing colours and textures to this modern home’s concrete structure. With extensive glazing providing not only just breathtaking treetop views, but also practical privacy, Beecroft House exemplifies the way our luxury architect and building team integrate design and liveability into each of our luxury custom Sydney homes.
