We were quietly confident that we would win one award. We were very hopeful that we would win a second award. But never in our wildest dreams did we think we would win four out of four awards for the entries we submitted. As far as we know, this has never happened before, so we could be in the position of making MBA awards history, just another reason to celebrate our wonderful success.
Chateau Architects and Builders had two tables with our dedicated and expert team. One of our clients, whose home was a potential winner, also attended with us. Well-known design expert, Tim Ross, and TV presenter and journalist, Angie Asimus, hosted this glittering event, the absolute highlight of the year for this industry. They began the evening with a few facts about this year’s awards:
- Over 300 entries were submitted
- It was the most competitive field ever to be judged
- The total value of the entries exceeded $900 million
Chateau Architects and Builders submitted four entries that met the rigorous and exacting criteria for the awards. All entrants must show excellence in the following areas:
- Quality of construction
- Design Challenges
- Use of materials
- Value for money
- Innovation
