When a home is best replaced rather than renovated, our architects are equally forthcoming.
Many of our customers have approached us upon discovering the planned renovation of their current home will cost as much as a new home, but may require significant compromise in design. We are confident that a new Chateau home will be more structurally sound, more responsive to our climate, more liveable and more comfortable than that which it replaces.
