Rodd Point House is a stunning illustration of Chateau Architects + Builders’ commitment to both creativity and craftsmanship. Tasked with bringing a contemporary family home to life, this remarkable home is a beautiful fusion of what happens when architectural innovation and practical design are held with equal respect.
Even with an industry-leading team, the process of building this home wasn’t for the faint of heart. With the basement threatened by high tides throughout the construction period, our team faced numerous challenges in safely bringing this home to life. It’s a good thing our reputation for problem-solving is just as strong as our architectural innovation - by carefully navigating these challenges, we didn’t sacrifice any of the quality and workmanship necessary to this superior home’s creation.
A contemporary architectural style brings Rodd Point House to life in a way that’s both aesthetically pleasing and functionally efficient. Light floods the home through oversized doors and windows, capturing the majestic impact of marble flooring, crisp white fixtures and sleek gold cabinetry fittings. Sleek dark brown timber floors enhance the sense of royalty against the bright white walls and finishes, creating the perfect backdrop for a dramatic chandelier that adds a touch of royalty.
